• Form an orderly line while waiting your turn

• No running, horseplay, or roughhousing around the carriage.

• Passengers must remain seated at all times.

• Children under 3yo must have an adult walking alongside them.

• Feet will remain on the floor, do NOT put feet in seats or brace them on the front of the basket.

• Passengers must hold onto the handrail during the ride.

• no bouncing, shaking or kicking while in the carriage.

• Do not throw anything into or out of the carriage.

• Food and beverages are not allowed on the carriage.

• Anyone that is consuming alcoholic beverages or is inebriated is not allowed to participate or come into contact with the animals.

• Please do not touch the decorations on the carriage.

• No smoking or vaping near the carriage, handlers, or ponies!

• We cannot operate near bouncy houses, waterslides, pools, or swingsets.

• No sparklers, seeds, confetti, noise-makers, etc. may be used around the animals or carriages.

• No pets/live animals on the carriage.

• keep all pets in a secure area away from where the carriage will be operating.

• Fireworks and firearms are not allowed to be discharged in or near the carriage.

• ask permission to approach or pet the animal.

• do NOT grab or hold onto any part of the harness or bridle.

• Anyone that does not comply with the above rules or exhibits unsafe behavior, they will be asked to leave the ride area.
